Are there recipes?
Yes. Every menu in the book comes with its recipes, a make-ahead plan, and the safe cooking temperature for each dish. The Thanksgiving and Christmas chapters have a full shopping list.
Will it help with Thanksgiving this year?
Yes. The holiday plan starts three weeks before the day, and there's a shorter version if you're starting later.
Do I need fine china or silver?
No. Most of it uses plain white plates, cloth napkins and candles. Secondhand silverplate is covered for anyone who wants it.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. Choose the gift option at the Gumroad checkout and enter their email address.
Is there a paper copy?
No. The Ashworth Table is a PDF you download. You can read it on a phone, tablet or computer, and print any page you want beside you while you work.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. After you pay, an email arrives with a download button. Tap it and the book opens. If anything goes wrong, write to us and we'll send it again.
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment, one time. No membership, no monthly charge, and no free trial that turns into a bill.
